Apparently in my family, it's tradition that the daughter receives a locket once she turns 21.
-These are my wonderful parents on my wedding day.-
It was found by my mum in a little Adelaide store called "Eclectica". The lady at the counter said it is Edwardian Circa (1910-1920). Which goes nicely with my engagement ring (my great-grandmother's) and my wedding ring (my grandmother's).
I've grown quite attatched to the idea that my jewellery already has a story before it has come into my possession.
very nice. i like the chain you got too.
