You know what's Wicked?

Twice. Yep. I saw it twice. And I will be devastated if I never see it again.

I never expected to enjoy anything more than the book. And I did thoroughly enjoy the book!

For the real story behind the musical (besides the Wizard of Oz), I recommend reading Gregory Macguire's "Wicked". Followed by "Son of a Witch" and "A Lion Among Men".

She returns.

Back from South America. Bearing gifts! My favourite part about Jana going on holidays, is her return!
I missed you, mate!

Curiouser and curiouser...

So she was considering in her own mind (as well as she could, for the hot day made her feel very sleepy and stupid), whether the pleasure of making a daisy chain would be worth the trouble of getting up and picking the daisies, when suddenly a White Rabbit with pink ears ran close by her...

Tim Burton, this had better be good!

tradition.

Apparently in my family, it's tradition that the daughter receives a locket once she turns 21.
-These are my wonderful parents on my wedding day.-

It was found by my mum in a little Adelaide store called "Eclectica". The lady at the counter said it is Edwardian Circa (1910-1920). Which goes nicely with my engagement ring (my great-grandmother's) and my wedding ring (my grandmother's).

I've grown quite attatched to the idea that my jewellery already has a story before it has come into my possession.

it doesn't help that our honeymoon was the same time as schoolies...

We have since had much more pleasurable camping experiences...

Can't wait for more camping adventures!
